The ideal would be to book the boat the first days of your vacations in Menorca, and if the chosen day you can not leave because of bad sea we change the date, no problem.
The day before boarding (with the updated weather report) we will send you by Whatsapp the location ( Fornells or Mahon ) so you can confirm the activity. We will also send you a small Manual of Navigation and Good Practices at Sea.
- Boats in Fornells: if for reasons beyond the control of Llatinaboats the customer cancels the reservation 48 hours before boarding, 100% of the reservation will be refunded.
- Boats in Mahon: if for reasons beyond the control of Llatinaboats the customer cancels the reservation 15 days before boarding, 100% of the reservation will be refunded.
- If for weather reasons Llatinaboats cancels the reservation, 100% of the reservation will be refunded.
